Your Skills
- SAP Workday HCM Expert
- Workday Module Reporting, Security, Benefits or Performance
- Certified in Workday HCM & Compensation

Your Tasks
- Providing ongoing support for the Workday HCM system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Compensation, Reporting, Benefits, Security, and Performance modules.
- Configuring and maintaining these specific modules based on the client's needs.
- Understanding and analyzing the client's HR processes and requirements in these areas.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with the Workday HCM system.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth integration of the Workday HCM system with other software.
- Conducting regular system audits and checks to ensure these modules are functioning optimally.
