Planeteers GmbH is a pioneer in the field of CO2 technology and is technologising the process of limestone weathering. After completion and testing of the first larger prototype, the second, next-largest prototype was to be manufactured in 2025, and a purchasing department was to be set up in the process. In this context, I was responsible for the following activities:

Collaboration with the engineering team to finalise requirements lists
Sourcing suitable suppliers
Requesting all necessary components
Negotiating all offers and finalising all orders with within less than six months
Operational tracking of all purchasing-related processes
Parallel implementation and optimisation of new processes
Preparation of a structured and long-term process adjustment (including purchasing guidelines, approval processes, and much more)

- alternative(/unkonventionelle?) Sichtweise eines jungen Menschen: wie schaue ich auf die (Unternehmens-)Welt nach 3 Jahren auf einem Segelboot in Schweden - Gesellschaft und Unternehmertum im Wandel?
- radikale Ehrlichkeit und/oder Reflektionsraum
- eingefahrene Denkweisen von außen aufrütteln: begleiten täglicher Entscheidungen mit alternativer, äußerer SIchtweise
