Für unseren Kunden aus der Energiebranche suchen wir derzeit einen Senior Procurement Manager (m/w/d).

Start: Juni oder Juli 2024
Laufzeit: 16 - 17 Monate
Auslastung: 100% (40 Std / Woche)
Standort: 50% Remote | 50% Essen - Zum Start etwas mehr Office Präsenz gewünscht
Language: English (must), German (nice to have)

Tasks:
As Contractor for the role of Senior Procurement Manager – Process Owner (S2C & SLM), you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of the "Source to Contract" and "Supplier Lifecycle Management" processes within our new eProcurement landscape. This position entails frequent communication and reporting with workstream leads and international stakeholders.

• Harmonize existing and develop new optimized procurement processes with an international focus, considering stakeholders and purchasers within both renewable and conventional energy sectors.
• Design of strategic concepts, processes and guiding methodologies with focus on Procurement governance and process efficiency.
• Manage process standardizations and improvements independently, including support, planning, and monitoring of progress and achievements related to key milestones and critical paths within the eProcurement suite implementation.
• Develop streamlined and standardized Source to Contract and Supplier Lifecycle Management processes that will be implemented in the eProcurement suite across all Operating Companies, such as Approval Flows, Approval Sheets, Tender Templates, Tender Evaluation Model, Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Performance, Supplier Development
• Provide support to operational procurement teams
• Develop and implement communication and training concepts for users of the new processes and applications
• Coordinate and prepare meetings, project documentation & regular reporting for senior management and the project lead

Skills:
• Excellent completed university degree in industrial engineering, management, economics, business informatics or a comparable degree
• Extensive professional experience in procurement, including a thorough understanding of complex procurement processes (S2C & SLM) and systems end-to-end
• Experience and expertise with eProcurement solutions
• Proven track record in project management and presentation skills, ideally with several years of experience in large-scale digitization projects; certification in project management is advantageous
• Consulting skillset and excellent presenting skills with the ability to explain complex project details in a straightforward way
• Knowledge of the energy industry is advantageous
• Independent, systematic, quality- and goal-oriented approach to work as well as broad methodological skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate and coach project team members and stakeholders e.g., functional mgmt., sourcing teams, requesters, etc.
• Experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships as well as high team-orientation and social competence
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support project delivery
• Professional English skills, German is an advantage
