PLC Programmer - Automotive - Siemens - GSC - Fully Remote

My customer, leader in the production for the automotive Industry, is seeking an experienced PLC Programmer to join their team for a remote project.


This is an Initial 3-month contract with a high possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.


Responsibilities:

- Develop PLC programs using Siemens Tia Portal for assembly line operations.
- Integrate SEW Drive and Sinamics s120 systems into PLC programming.
- Utilize Structure Text for software development.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of assembly line processes.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in PLC programming, particularly with Siemens Tia Portal.
- Experience with SEW Drive and Sinamics s120 systems.
- Previous experience working with assembly lines, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with the GSC Certificate (BMW Standard)
- Good level of English or German
