Your tasks
• Analyze and assess operational risks in accordance with the second line of defense (Operational Risk)
• Develop, implement, and monitor Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategies
• Advise and assist in the implementation of requirements from the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)
• Design and conduct training measures to enhance operational resilience
• Create and regularly update risk reports and recommendations for management

Must have competences
• In-depth knowledge of Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience
• Experience working with regulatory frameworks, particularly DORA
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Operational Risk or a related area in the financial sector
• Fluent in English

Nice to have competences
• Additional certifications such as CISM, CRISC, or similar in risk management
• Experience in leading teams and projects
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to clearly and concisely present complex information
• Hungarian language skills are advantageous
