Project focus

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Workday HCM Specialist to join our HR team. This role will support our Workday Functional Lead and Workday Analyst to help troubleshoot and resolve issues and deliver improvements to our Workday platform for HR colleagues and the wider Team.


Key skills and Experience required

* Proficient in overseeing complete implementations of major Workday HCM Cloud transformation projects, encompassing Core HCM, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Attendance, and/or Recruitment modules.
* Demonstrated consultancy expertise in a lead functional capacity, facilitating client workshops throughout business or systems delivery initiatives, preferably spanning multiple sectors.
* Skilled in generating project deliverables such as business requirements, functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices. Possess excellent interpersonal, team-building, organizational, and motivational abilities.
* Knowledgeable about prominent delivery methodologies, strategies, and industry trends.
