FMEA CATIA SIEMENS NX - 12MONTHS - REMOTE

Tasks:
- Definition and follow-up of measures within the framework of DFMEA in mechanical battery development
- Implementation of the DFMEA creation process from planning/preparation to documentation of results
- Ensuring safety and quality-relevant topics with requirements engineering
- Working with DFMEA tools (e.g. APIS) and transferring the findings from the DFMEAs back to the design department
- Independent implementation of DFMEA within the design of high-voltage storage batteries including the associated mechanical components for prototype and series projects
- Independent coordination with external and internal project partners
- Regular presentations on the project status / results (also for interim acceptance of the activities carried out)
Documentation of the design work and provision of reports

Competences (for information):
- Completed engineering studies, preferably mechanical engineering or mechatronics
- Very good knowledge of FMEA methods and tools (e.g. APIS)
- Good CAD skills in CATIA V5 or Siemens NX (desirable)
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Ability to work efficiently and goal-orientated
- High degree of flexibility, creativity, diligence and technical understanding

Must have:
- Very good knowledge of FMEA methods and tools (e.g. APIS)
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Nice-to-have:
- Good CAD skills in CATIA V5 or Siemens NX (desirable)
