Ownership of service delivery for end to end IT Infrastructure Managed Services - Datacenter, Workplace and Service Desk Services.
Lead various transformational activities for Service Improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction using industry standard best practices and methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
Review Meeting with Customers on daily / weekly/monthly basis meeting with Service Level Agreement (SLA) and KPIs.Delivered services and support based on ITIL framework and customer methodology.
Implementation and support for ITIL processes: incident, change, problem, release and capacity management. Responsible for all aspects of the service delivery as per Master Service Agreement with Customer. Manage resources optimally to deliver best and right results for the IT operation.
Understand existing processes and systems to work with the different teams to continuously reduce cost, reduce waste and improve efficiency. Responsible for reporting and governance, liaise with C-level management. Service assurance and vendor management to ensure a good relationship and good outcome.Responsible for delivery of reliable, resilient and responsive IT infrastructure and services.Assist for Deployment of Infrastructure projects (consolidation, virtualization, network architecture, DB analysis, monitoring, audit, desktop deployment). Assist for Deployment of business application projects (BI, CRM,NVS,SAP).Management of Infrastructure towers eg. service desk, local IT support, server & network admin, datacentre management, technical project teams). The teams were local, remote and multicultural.Manage multidisciplinary cross cultural teams, (internal and external resources).Team management: 50 skilled SME includes Team leads, consultant, support engineers and analysts.Responsible for the training and mentorship of teams
