C. has more than 30 years of managerial background as Manager and cto in mining & tunneling and Shaft sinking & Lining, tunnel engineering consulting, strategic marketing, dredging and mining operations with direct responsibility to group chairman. He has high-level international exposure in underground and large Projects and heavy engineering projects and thorough knowledge in all relevant fields of management and work practices relevant to mechanized mining and tunneling with excellent hands on leadership experience. He is expertise in using the NATM,

TBM and conventional drill & blast methods as well in operation and maintenance processes.
He has good international exposure as a senior underground project engineer and manager with the German coal-mining company (1978 until 2000 DSK) with profit centre head responsibilities in several large-scale international mining and shaft projects, e.g., in the U.S., Spain, and Australia.
He is professional and well respected senior manager with demonstrated leadership and team building qualities and an edge due to a successful on-target delivery and performance on the basis of a thorough understanding of all underground relevant business disciplines, strategizing, performance management, personnel development, and relationship building complemented with excellent technical skills. He has high-level experience in strategic mine and shaft sinking & planning including finance, state-of-the-art underground and coal mine design and the devising of strategic business plans and their timely implementation as well as ; Coordinate contracts and Tender development ,- familiarity with quantitative analysis and financial planning tools to evaluate and communicate investment decisions. He is expertise in technical and legal interpretations of all contracts and tenders at international level; international liaison management with internal and external customers as well as authorities and regulators. He has experience as custodian of risk management and project quality management. His experiences go there from the planning and introduction of actual machine parks for underground tunneling and shaft sinking ,implementation of NATM and TBM tunneling, road header, raise bore system.
