- Reviewed and advised on improvements of accounting policies, processes and GAAP requirements
- Reviewed the funding structure and communicate going concern requirements
- Advised on ERP progress and review fit gaps of the ERP implementation
- Set up businesses processes in finance and accounting and harmonised them with the ERP work flows
- Central point of contact to coordinate Deloitte tax experts
- Reviewed VAT structure set up for the EU group with Deloitte tax experts
