In the project, the responsibilities are to individuate a list of procedure automatable through interview with the support operators and coordinating the development, design and implement specific scripts, check the work progress, planning the delivery with customer and manage the criticism. This project had a great success in terms of time saving and reliability of information retrieved by the script.

The functional document represent the input phase of the next step phase i.e. the writing of the technical analysis document and then implementation, tests and delivery.

TätigkeitsbeschreibungIn the project is responsible to coordinating the development, design and implement specific software scripts (Perl, Shell, Sql) for VF NOC (Network Operating Center) used for troubleshooting in alarms coming from network devices of many vendors such as Tellabs, Nokia, Huawei, Alcatel, SAMS ecc, check the work progress, planning the delivery with customer and manage the criticism. The activity of Network governance Manager consists in giving support on site to the Vodafone NOC on fault management platform (TIVOLI Netcool/Omnibus, IMPACT) and in the organization/manging of rules files for alarms filtering, other than advanced troubleshooting on the systems.
