In charge for implementation, protection and control of the legal requirements in the area of
occupational safety, health and environmental (HSE).
• Introduction and implementation of HSE standards. Establish the safety and health procedure
with the group an its sub companies e.g wood production factory, construction company and
hotels.
• Conduct risk assessment and provide recommendation for a safe workplace.
• Monthly Auditing and Monitoring of the work areas and future control measure.
• Establishment of the Health and Safety Committee to rise issues related to Environmental Safety
and Health
• Provide internal trainings to workers on HSE and laisse with third parties experts in specific
trainings need.
• Promote a Health and Safety Culture and ensure and proper health surveillance program within
the group.

• Advise management on Safety and Health legal requirement.
• Ensure that workers understand work health and safety requirements and expectations through provision of relevant OSHA induction, information, instruction, training and supervision.
• Ensure a proper implementation of HSE standards within the company.
• Periodic Auditing of working.
• Consulting on use of higher risk materials, such as use of particularly hazardous chemicals and biological agents so that special safety precautions are taken.
• Safety information/control of high risk engineering machine and equipment.
• Ensure the use/storage/manipulations of chemicals is done as per specific requirement and by competent personal.
• Establish Safety and Health Committee.
• Ensure critical department like the chemical industry is abiting with the OSHA Legislation and no risk to human life is present. Hazards is elimination control or reduce.
