I'm a Software Engineer with more than 11 years of experience and a passion for developing innovative solutions that expedite the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.
I use my free time to learn about new technologies. Lately, I've been keen on learning more about Data Science, taking some certifications and practising on kaggle.com.
IT Security has recently been one of my main interests, so I've been consuming the related courses available on Coursera as my main streaming platform during the lock down.
Applying clean code practices and design patterns to develop readable, maintainable and scalable code for web applications is my main focus. I like to improve existing code using SOLID design principles and ensure quality with unit and integration tests, using TDD approach.
As a team player, I like to participate in software design discussions. I'm used to working with SCRUM and Kanban methodologies and I truly believe in the power of reviews.
At my last company, we did continuous delivery using Jenkins to build Docker images for Amazon EC2 Container Service.
