• Performs the capacity planning required to create and maintain all database on Windows, Linux and AIX environments
• Creating, administrating and maintaining +50 staging and production database environments
• Performs ongoing tuning of all production databases to improve the performance
• Plans and implements backup and recovery strategy of all databases using RMAN
• Upgrade all production databases to latest Oracle database version and apply all required patches using OPATCH
• Troubleshooting all databases performance issues using Oracle tools (AWR, ASH, ADDM, statspack, tkprof, EM)
• Configuring and administrating Oracle Data Guard to enhance the database availability during the server failures
• Managing and administrating Oracle RAC environments
• Monitoring all databases using Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Release 5
• Implements and enforces security for all of the Oracle Databases
• Managing and administrating Data Warehouse and OLAP databases
• Ensure Oracle database server is hardening in accordance to security standards
• Contacting Oracle Corporation for critical issues if needed
• Manage few MySQL and MS SQL databases
• Provide 24/7 support for critical database issues via phone
• Start studying the availability to move few databases to Cassandra
