 Project managed the implementation of Ariba Buying and Invoicing with SAP S/4 HANA in Germany, France, Australia, and China, including managing the performance of a globally dispersed team of 25 (including an external implementation partner).
 Successfully adapted global P2P processes to suit local requirements, enabling the Global Procurement Team to develop an overview and transparency on indirect spending in all four countries and allow sourcing managers to renegotiate contracts in Australia, China, France, and Germany.
 Developed a detailed cutover plan for the configuration of interfaces, migration of data (purchase orders), and post-go-live activities, including disaster recovery (rollback plan); coordinating efforts with the Global PMO, power users, business analysts, IT staff, and an external implementation partner (Infosys).
 Gathered technical requirements, acting as the key point of contact between senior stakeholders, engineers, IT specialists, offshore consultants, internal staff, and implementation partners.
 Managed the development of test cases and executed User Integration Testing (UIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Validation Testing (SVT), End User Training (EUT), and post-go-live support.

 Managed the successful P2P rollout (including AP; SAP FICO) for Queensland Health’s procurement organization, which involved supervising and mentoring local/offshore consultants through detailed design, fit to gap, SAP MM Master Data migration, build and test activities as well as coordinating User Acceptance Tests (UAT), System Validation Tests (SVT) and End User Training (EUT).
 Designed the PM methodology to generate project status reports, enabling senior management (C-Level) to ease decision-making.
 Ensured the new P2P process complies with QH’s procurement & quality (TBS & TGA) standards and implemented enhancements based on deep data analysis and compared with current methods, allowing procurement to reorganize the team and work more efficiently.
