• Create and execute transformation roadmap to accelerate revenue growth through digital marketing.
• Provide expert support for local markets in creating and executing digital marketing strategies.
• Create frameworks to align digital marketing approach across countries.
• Manage the audit and re-working of all analytics tracking across sites and channels.
• Manage the implementation of app marketing and tracking aligned with app roll-out across countries.
• Create roadmap of tests to drive up sales of various digital products, such as season ticket parking.
• Advise on best practices and priorities to support efficiency and profitability.
• Support App performance marketing strategy (SEM, FB) for new product launch in DE.
