Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures for officials, committees and boards of directors.
Preparation of financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors.
Analyze incoming and outgoing memorandum, submissions and reports and prepare and co-ordinate the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports to executives, committees and boards of directors.
Maintain records of employee attendance, leave and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements, in Canadian and other currencies, using manual or computerized systems.
Prepare employee payments and benefit payments by cheque or electronic transfer.
Complete, verify and process forms and documentation for administration of benefits such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment and medical insurance.
Provide information to employees on payroll matters, benefit plans and collective agreement provisions.
Perform bookkeeping tasks such as preparing invoices and bank deposits.
Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations and brochures.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Determine and establish office procedures.
Sort, process and verify applications, receipts, expenditures, forms and other documents.

In fact, I am I highly capable and experienced administrative professional. My skills include managing and organizing agenda, conducting conferences, arranging business trips, distribution and collection of electronic and paper documents, maintaining records of employee attendance, calendaring, bookkeeping, preparing the financial statements and supporting the general manager. My last experience had been as an office administrator for a Canadian company in Montreal for 5 years. Therefore, I use to work in an Anglophone environment with multi-ethnic colleagues.
I already have experience from office administration and I am looking forward to integrate new team. I am a very independent, organized and outgoing person. Furthermore, I am always looking for ways to improve my efficiency notably by my aptitude to learn new tips, new techniques or new software.
My energy and my determination lead me:
- As a student, to work as part time in international companies such as British American Tobacco or Chiltern International,
- As a professional, to extend my skills by going to university evening courses to complete a Diploma in Public Relations and to learn new languages such as French (advanced level).
I would like to mention that I have been learning German at school for several years. Hence, it would not be difficult to me to retrieve an effective level by practicing this language or taking some courses.
