•Follow the necessary process for any user or technical escalations during refresh
•Lease with Service Desk for post migration support of Office 365
•Reporting faults and maintaining logs on desktops and laptop
•Escalation of issues to PMO and Application Manager
•Providing the Management with daily Stock Report
•Presenting new equipment to Client
•After migration support to end Client
•Weekly Disposal report of the old Machines
•Stock Reporting / Forecast
•Daily and weekly report to Project Managers for above mentioned tasks
