Oversee the administration, maintenance, and change-management of over 400 Brocade and Cisco routers of a TIER III team of 6 network engineers in support of 4000 switches and routers and 40,000 end-points in a high-availability environment. Provided TIER II Network and VOIP Technical support to over 10,000 customers the Rhein Main region.
