Machine Design, Tool Design, Mechanical Design, Technical Drawings, CAD, CAE, Solidworks. Product Design, Data Conversion from 2D to 3D, Jigs and Fixture Design, Press Tool Design.

I am working in with German multinational since from last 6-7 years. I have successfully completed 7-8 onsite projects in Germany and USA.Most of the projects are of Machine automation and Tool Design.

Following are the responsibilities I handled during my projects.
- Machine & Tool Designing. Product Design and R&D.
- Work with foreign colleagues for the concurrent efforts on the projects. Maintain the progress sheet for reporting.
- Visit at foreign/site location to understand technicalities of the projects and give solutions for the same.
- Manufacturing and assembling the parts, sub-units and machines in India and supplying it to foreign locations.
- Designing, Manufacturing and taking trials on prototype. Designing RP (3D printed) models for marketing & sales approvals
- Reengineering & reverse engineering of machine & parts.
- Data conversion of old drawings. Making 3D models of assemblies to understand its technicalities and function, reengineer it as per requirements.
- Give onsite technical support to the customers.
- Give technical support to the suppliers and purchase and sales department.
- Create & Maintain Routings, BOMs, Master data in ERP.(Super user of ERP PP)
