This project provides complete SCADA solution which includes GSM based monitoring, Web based monitoring, data logging, email notification, trending, safety interlocks, password protection. Furthermore, the experience of controlling a 'Water Tube Boiler' prototype which could be potential bomb if you do not take care of it sufficiently. The tasks performed for achieving this goal comprise the design and development of:

- Instrumentation (analog/mixed signal circuit design, filters, operational amplifiers, A/D converters) of industrial boiler system
- PCB Design of Electronic Control Unit
- Digital Signal Processing of the sensor’s data using Atmel’s AVR microcontroller
- Automation and control of water Boiler System on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
- GUI development using C# on Visual Studio
- An integrated database on web server and comprehensive graphical analysis of
Temperature/Pressure
