Currently responsible for 2 Projects. Within the first Project the goal is to upgrade all Oracle databases to Oracle 12c including Patching, where the second is to set-up a Private Cloud with Swisscom, where all current on Premise Databases (Oracle, Postgres, MS-SQL, Mongo) will be moved to. Also part of this Project is to connect all current Management/Life-cycle tools to the private Cloud. This will all be achieved while introducing the agile Project methodology to the team and synchronise with already practiced Scrum by the Provider.
• Current Budget for the Oracle Upgrade Project this year is approx. 1 Mio CHF (overall)
• Budget for the Cloud setup and development is approx.. 1.5 Mio CHF (2017)
• Acting as Interface between Swisscom as Private Cloud Provider and Swiss Re, setting
up and maintaining recurring alignments and participating in Customer Advisory Boards
