Provide business and technical consulting to international clients in the Caribbean in the area of energy development. Working alongside others as a team, we identify business opportunities and help governments, NGOs, project developers, and other stakeholders implement sustainability development opportunities with energy roadmap approaches, new energy saving technologies, and develop energy management systems using research and quantitative analysis. Previously we completed a project in Belize, where my main focus was to advance a resource mapping strategy for all possible renewable energy technologies, and off-grid rural electrification assessment and strategy, and a Sustainable Energy Action Plan for a 2030 Energy Roadmap Scenario. Currently, I am working on a project to develop three handbooks, each addressing important elements in the adoption of RE and EE in the Caribbean.

Performing site screening and conducting a feasibility study in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, for water irrigation using wind power. My main focus was to design and model renewable energy systems (Solar PV, Wind, & Geothermal Power), and advise Jamaica’s Ministry of Energy with possible new green technologies to make energy efficiency improvements. I was also assessing and forecasting energy demand in the Caribbean and Small Island Developing States. Additionally I analysed energy resources, market technology needs, prepared and presented energy efficiency measures for the region.

Running multiple facets of a multi million-construction project (Bidding, Estimation, Design, Construction, Validation & Commissioning), managing a team of up to 150 employees in mechanical and civil projects. I was responsible for specifications, acquisition, installation, commissioning and validation of equipment’s and components for a new and existing industrial utilities building. I managed the construction and installation of many systems and components such as: HVAC, chilled water, process chilled water, potable water, soft water, waste water, instrument air, compressed air, boiler feed water, high pressure steam and boilers, LPG, fuel oil, storm drain, natural gas, and fire protection, air handling units, boilers, pumps, chillers, valves, piping, cooling tower, turbines, plumbing, compressors, and instrumentation.
