• Cost reduction and quality improvement: Consolidation of 13 individual country organisations to one functional European organisation (Colt Telecom)
• Strategic setup of a future proven next generation network, definition and implementation of very profitable, complex telecommunications services and products on budget (NetCologne).
• FTTB- rollout for 50.000 buildings, HFC- rollout for 172.000 flats on budget and in time (NetCologne)
• CRM replacement project. Replacement of the existing CRM system (Clarify) by Siebel. Definition and implementation of a future-oriented, flexible NG product structure for business and private customers, as well as the adaptation of business processes and interfaces to business support systems (NetCologne).

– by strategic setup of NetCologne's future proved next generation network and very profitable, telecommunications’ services and products. Developed a fast growing organization that fulfilled demanding SLAs which enabled a Revenue and EBIT growth. Cost reduction supplier contracts by 20%
• Contributed substantially to the expansion and financial performance improvement (NetCologne) – by Network funding by issuance of bonded loan
• Responsible for fibre network (FTTB) rollout and cost savings in a range of approx. €30 million per year (NetCologne)
