Developing CAx Automation Tool (Web Based) for DIEHL Air Cabins GmbH (Airbus and Boeing) which mainly includes:
1. Automatic reading the input document (MoVie) from customer and make the 3D detailed design automatically.
2. Maintain each and every small detail within PLM and CAD and organizational rules.
3. Automatically check and correct (if required) the quality of 3D Data and create 2D Drawings

TätigkeitsbeschreibungDeveloped complete Automatic Engineering Tool (CAD CAM CAE and PLM) for Airbus Beluga-XL Aircraft (Structure Design, Stress Calculation and NC Machining till vaulting into VPM). Making 100% parametric and highly intelligent design templates (KBE, KBA and PKT) for Primary and secondary structures of Aircraft. These templates are initiating by framework and generating the whole DMU. Customized output to ISSY and reactions back to CATIA for part modification and at last NC Programming of the parts. Scripted number of macros for increasing the productivity of the design teams and quality of the deliverables. Made CAD-Environments, Scripted interface to manipulate existing function to better-fit customer processes like CATDUA, Text in Part, Correct Instance, Spell Checker, Data Convertors etc.
Made own value added tool AeroV5 using VB6 which integrates MS applications, CAD and CAE applications with one GUI. Made Catia V5 automation macros to generate point cloud data, curve generation and loft generation of Aircraft H400 (HBC, USA).
Aerospace Structure Design Experience:
Value Analysis Engineering, Design to Cost, making design principles, modeling and drafting of AIRCRAFT STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS (Primary and Secondary) (A350-900/1000 XWB Keel Beam and Lower Aft-Shell structures using Catia V5) for both metallic and composites (GFRP and CFRP) as per Airbus Methodologies with experience in CPD and ASL. Quality check of deliverables, parametric modeling using knowledgeware, integration into Ennovia-VPM, making ECN and BOM in PDM-SSCI.
Aerospace Interiors Design Experience:
Making design of Aircraft Interiors like Galleys, Partitions and doghouse for A380 in Catia V5. It includes making SAM, Part Design, Assembly Design, Drawings (manufacturing and Assembly), Parametric modeling and Assembly, Knowledgeware, Powercopy and Design Automation. Quality Check of the deliverables, CATDUA, Q-Checker and integration into PLM.
