Quality Engineer

▪ Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
▪ Supports the Construction Manager in dealing with the Client for all the Quality matters.
▪ Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.
▪ Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity.
▪ Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.
▪ Evaluates the qualifications of welders and Non Destructive Test-NDT technicians with regard to the activities assigned.
▪ Evaluates the qualifications of inspection personnel.
▪ Supports the construction roles in the management and control of subcontractors.
▪ Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.
▪ Coordinates the relevant Tracking Systems for correct identification of materials.
▪ Supervises the correct equipment calibration management activities.
▪ Supports the Welding & Non Destructive Test-NDT qualification activities.
▪ Cooperates to issue the Welding Procedures (WP).
▪ Cooperate with the Project Quality Engineer (PQE) to analyses of non conformities.
▪ Supervises inspection of defect renewal and welding

Provide cost, scope and schedule and re-schedule control support. This will include all engineering disciplines.
-Details handlings in special project components, prepare the project technical specifications and documentations.
-Provide assistance during testing manned and everything else if necessary.
-Coordination/support of technical disciplines for the resolution of technical issues (with possible maintenance Action Log vs. dates) through the continued execution of Weekly Meetings.
-Timing issue documentation Monitoring to ensure the work program;.
-Definition List Docs with technical disciplines "weighed" with project management and verification of engineering output timing, to ensure the work program;
-Project Coordination, Project monitoring and controlling the project activities of the Engineering Company external according to the requirements dictated by the plan preparation contract.
-Assist commercial teams with technical support in procurement efforts.
-Construction and Installation(Execution of project): Site construction/execute the project, FAT testing.

Understanding the project scope of work, contract, schedule the Project.
-Planning, scheduling, and monitoring of various fast-track projects.
-Preparing level-2 & Level-3 plans by using PrimaveraP6 & MS Project, as required, and setting up a
schedule baseline
-Coordinating with the concerned departments & with Client for preparation of Execution and
Preparing the Critical Path & monitoring its each activity exclusively
-Understanding that the delay shall affect the complete project schedule.
-Arranging meetings with Client, In-House & Sub-contractors to have all on the same footing.
-Monitoring & controlling the schedule during the execution phase.
-Assist commercial teams with technical support in procurement efforts.
-Construction and Installation(Execution of project): Site construction/execute project, FAT testing, inspection and testing techniques.
