1. As a part of Global Business Expansion Program of UK-based premium auto manufacturer , worked on cross-functional areas such as purchasing, sales, logistics and material planning. My key activities included performing in-depth analysis of the customer requirements and their implementation into the SAP system.

2. Streamline the process of information exchange between the client and its trading partners to facilitate purchasing and logistics activities. This involved EDI integration of over 600 vendors, logistics providers and warehouses to make procurement and delivery of auto-parts more visible.

3. Configuration of enterprise structure and business documents for mapping of business scenarios into SAP landscape.

4. Assisted the users and technical staff in resolving incidents, helping the company to achieve 95% Service Level Agreement (SLA).

5. Trained and supervised new employees in my project to ascertain their smooth induction in new job roles.
