Carrier Network and Enterprise departments.
Delivering the installation of telecommunications hardware across Europe to meet
customers requirements
Successful management of up to 25 concurrent projects on a rolling basis, from planning
purchase order with customers through to customer acceptance.
Ownership of the installation process and customer acceptance which required
management of virtual teams globally, customer relationship management, issue and risk
management of all concurrent projects.
Management of parallel installations for Key customers that included Mnet, BT, E-Plus, QSC
and Siemens
Financially responsible for budgets up to 1.5 million including hardware, installation and
project resource.

Project Lead in Germany for the roll out of 2000 migrations to the SMART Client; Windows 7, IE 9
and Office 2010 in the Commodities Trading Environment.
Country Project lead responsible for defining activities for roll out. This included
management of user data, application and regression testing, ensuring availability of
applications required in time for migration activities, and gathering new and additional
hardware requirements.
Provision of environments, hardware and support for application testing and delivery. Coordinating
the testing approach and managing sign off where required.
Onsite support of multiple teams concurrently including 5 complex teams on Trading Floor,
IT and Finance. Identification and tracking of risks and issues impacting roll out of SMART
Client within RWEST Germany, identification and implementation of solutions.
Regular progress reviews with on site IT staff to review progress, adjustments according to
changing demands, resourcing and special requirements. Set up and management of
Confluence site and content to support migration activities

Set up and support of ten Infrastructure Development teams across Europe with members from
UK, Germany and Poland, with the goal of harmonising technical solutions.
Accountable for aligning the teams and maintaining an overview in order to drive
harmonised changes and solutions.
Organisation planning and facilitation of International workshops
Delivery and distribution of technology specific roadmaps and international roadmap.
Link between international teams on the working level. Driving open communication and
sharing information and knowledge across countries.
Developing business cases, project documentation and dissemination of information
across countries and teams, driving requirements gathering within teams.
Managing the interfaces with existing processes, creating new ones. Identification,
documentation and implementation of new processes. Support of strategic topics that
crossed geographical boundaries and identification of solutions that established synergies
and cost savings.
