Drive Strategic Partnerships
▪ Collaborate partners such as Singapore Airlines (SQ), Changi Airport Group (CHG) under the Tripartite and Bilateral agreement, identifying marketing opportunities for collaboration. ▪ Develop a partnership framework for Spotify. Implemented joint marketing intiatives. ▪ Negotiate with partners to generate the best possible outcomes (meeting STB's business objectives) for the collaboration ▪ Execute marketing plans and other initiatives laid out in the partnerships. Project Management (Marketing Innovation Fund) ▪ Planning and Budgeting ▪ Measuring Success - maximize returns of dollar investment in Marketing Innovation Fund to drive business outcomes for STB and partners. ▪ Engagement and Buy-In - approvals sought from different levels of Organisation on the Marketing Innovation Fund project from CEO, Chairman. ▪ Worked with Regional offices and TBWA -STB’s appointed agency in rolling out marketing campaigns across the different markets
