TätigkeitsbeschreibungI was responsible for the registration of patients‘ specimens, reporting the results via e-mail or by phone, communication with clients and patients, organizing the referral letters given by the doctors as well as the hard copies of the results, which were later sent to the ordering physician. I also placed orders for required supplies and organized specimen deliveries to our subcontractors.
