After years in the area of Banking, Asset Management, Human Resources and Compliances, I started my career in the area of SAP Business Intelligence with Business & Decision. I started as a SAP BW Consultant with the responsibility based on my previous experiences to build the Line of Business Banking. Later I focused on Project- & Key Account Management and all facets of SAP BusinessObjects with the responsibility to train my fellow colleagues in BI reporting and Dashboarding using SAP BusinessObjects.

During my study of Business Information System, I was part of a student consultancy network whose idea is to directly use the knowledge gained in lectures at the university in practical projects and bring new impulses into companies to improve their processes. During this time I already worked as a consultant for a variety of different and international customers in the area of IT consulting, Strategy projects, Quality Management and Process Management.

As a Deputy Manager of Human Resources, I was the coordinator and responsible for processing of the payroll in SAP and the contact person regarding industrial law, social security and tax questions of the employees. I was also the contact person during tax- and social security auditing. My responsibilities included also the action estimate and reserve calculation in the course of the financial statements of the Human Resources Department.
