Program Manager for SAP Partner Program “PartnerEdge” (> 60 pers. – SAP IT, IBM, Cap Gemini, others). Major objective: Develop and implement marketing SW product to manage and improve SAP partner relationship management. Provide sales and partners on web-access with SAP product information (e.g. releases plan, sales/marketing content, best practice, etc.).
Assessment and evaluation of partners on success factors combined with awards, benefits, etc.
Drive IT strategic program roadmap planning for the SW solution based on business forecast. Transfer roadmap output into project portfolio. Personal responsibility for a project management expert team with focus on GBO baseline projects (> 9 Mio €/Year external budget).

Establish, launch and manage PMO on best practice based on PMO of excellence – methodology, standards and procedures, rule-set framework, communication processes, etc. Drive resource allocation (near/off shore, 3rdP, regional and local resource). Setup and manage PMO communication platform as well as conduct regular PMO information sharing sessions and regular status updates a.o. to assure use of common standards and acceptance.

Setup project risk management process focused on specific risks within the program.

Acting as interface between business stakeholder and SAP IT development. Drive communication and de-escalation management process.

Ensure project management integrity for the completely lifecycle of all implementation projects within the entire program. Responsible to setup and manage project teams e.g. business analysts/consultants, IT architects, developer, test manager, etc. which incl. staff from SAP, IBM, Cap Gemini, others as well as responsible for team coaching and training on project best practice.
Business analyses, development of use case scenarios, collect and priories business requirements by blueprinting and fix them into technical design, SW development, 3 test phases, production/go-live as well as after-go-live support and worldwide rollout.
PM process – Initiation: Scope definition, project charter, and stakeholder management; Planning: Conduct kick-off meeting, create and manage project management plan and its performance baseline as well as other affected areas e.g. communication, procurement, quality, HR, Risk, etc.; Executing: Setup resources, drive project task execution and manage its outcome as deliverables and CRs; Controlling & Monitoring: Verify regular project status update, control project progress and quality status based on specifications and manage/align project on related outcome; Closing: Manage deliverable acceptance, close phases and handover a.o. functionality, project documentation, etc. as well as prepare lessons learned.

Conduct several GRC / IT compliance implementation projects with focus on analysis, evaluation and optimization of customer compliance management systems with focus on risk mitigation, efficiency enhancement, effectivity improvement as well as information security, data availability, data storage & recovery, data protection and verification of business and IT internal control systems to be aligned on QM standards and governance, statutory rules & guidelines e.g. ISO/IEC 27001:2005, ITIL, Basel II, BaFin, KWG, HGB (GoBs/GoDV), GDPdU, US GAAP/Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX), IAS/IFRS, COSO/COBIT.
