A consultancy with national scope and focus on leadership and entrepreneurship. It has been over 20 years in the market, initially working with entrepreneurs and since 2014 also with large companies in the T&D area.

• Developed from scratch a new business model for the Corporate Education area to expand the scope of work
• Structured the team responsible for delivering the programmes to the clients. Responsible for hiring the right people, training, defining the tasks and following up
• Established and structured processes and materials such as COGNI institutional materials for Corporate Education, pricing policies, delivery strategies, customer satisfaction and follow up actions
• Designed and presented our Solutions and HR Services to companies that were in need of Training & Development Programs for their employees. Most of my contacts were in HR and core business areas

A well-known Training & Development Consultancy in Brazil and has been for over 20 years in the market. It develops blended projects in the T&D area in companies around the world. In 2015 Bertelsmann – an international media, services and education company that operates in aproximately 50 countries – and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) along with the IFC Asset Management Company became Afferolab’s partners.

In charge of key accounts:

• Accustomed to a routine which included meetings with clients, proposals design, and planning and implementing projects
• Identified business opportunities in order to generate more commercial leads in my portfolio
• Negotiated projects supporting the Procurement and Financial area
• Analysed profitability of our projects and what could be improved
• Participated in the LAB SSJ Change Management project team after its merger with Affero, resulting in the Afferolab consultancy
