Self-started company offering support in project and contract management. Working in a B2B fashion with various medium to large sized companies:
• Polish LOT Airlines – IT infrastructure and system security audit. The recommendations have been utilized to restructure IT department and services across whole organization of this national carrier. Managed three teams of technical experts as well as cooperated with the internal IT Department.
• National Centre of Research and Development – as a part of EU programme “Operational Programme for Smart Development 2014-2020” implementation of a pilot installation of smart energy management for a major University’s research infrastructure. This included managing a team of 20 internal employees and several vendors’ organizations from the contract negotiations to the project sign-off.
• GlaxoSmithKline – Global SAP infrastructure projects full cycle management. Working closely with internal technical support teams spread around the globe as well as external vendors, implementing new and uplifting existing infrastructure to support ERP hosting for this major pharmaceutical company. Most implementations take place in UK and US located Global Data Centres.
