Project Title: Design support for section 15 Loaded and Un loaded brackets
Client: Spirit Aero systems, Wichita
Software: Catia V5, Windchill PDM
Location: Infosys, Bengaluru, India
The scope of the project is to design the section 15 loaded and unloaded brackets
Carried design iterations to meet stress, Tooling and Assembly.
Created detail part with HnF as per Airbus standards.
Created assembly products with GND component, LTG component, STD parts for fastener definition and FLX parts for bonding details as per Airbus standards.
Created installation product with BFH product, STD parts and FLX parts as per Airbus standards.
Detail, assembly and Installation drawings for barckets are created and released as per Airbus design & drafting standard and procedures.

Project Title: Change Engineer for Crown & Lateral – Airbus A350-1000
Client: Spirit Aero systems, Toulouse
Software: Gplm, Catia V5, PDM & VPM
Location: Spirit Aero systems, Toulouse, France (Sub contractor for Airbus, Toulouse)
Creation of change request document for spirit initiated changes.
Investigation of Airbus initiated changes for crown & lateral impact.
Creation of Detailed work statement (DWS), Impact estimate & Technical document for impacted changes.
Responsible to drive all functional groups (SE, ME, Tooling, Operations & SCM) to close their action inputting impact estimate, DWS & Technical document.
Responsible to attend Technical review board and clarify technical aspects in implementing the change request.
Responsible to attend Project control board and clarify schedule and cost aspects in implementing the change request.
Responsible to check implementation of change in DMU.
Review of DWS, Impact estimate & Technical document before sending response to Airbus.
Responsible to burn down changes that impacts Crown & Lateral.

Project Title: Design Support for Structures and Systems – Boeing 787
Client: Spirit Aero systems, Wichita
Software: CATIA V5, Enovia VPM & IVT
Location: Infosys, Bengaluru, India
Components design includes Frame support brackets, L-angle, insulation blankets, Moisture seals
Creation of Detail Parts, Component Assembly Requirement Model (CARM)/ Assembly Requirement Model (ARM) for Structures and Supporting Structures for systems.
Creation of Installation Requirement Model (IRM) for installation of the structure on the aircraft.
IVT checks are done with surrounding structures.
Review of models to ensure conformity to Boeing Standards.
Enovia data creation.

Project Title: Design support for section 15 floors involving Floor beams and Seat rails - A350
Client: Spirit Aero systems, Wichita
Software: Catia V5 & Windchill PDM
Location: Infosys, Bengaluru, India
The scope of the project is to design the section 15 floors involving Floor beams and Seat rails.
Played an active role in Section 15 Floor beams and rails from concept layout to release of manufacturing drawings.
Concept layouts (Mat B & Mat C) are created based on the stress input, interface requirements (structure interfaces are verified with adjacent work package DP’s and Frontier drawings, System interface is verified with Systems team), design requirements, assembly, tooling and manufacturing requirements.

Project Title: Design Support for Fuselage – Boeing Sustaining Engineering
Client: Spirit Aero systems, Wichita
Software: Catia V4
Location: Infosys, Bengaluru, India
Scope is to provide engineering solution to engineering change request (ECR) and NCRs (tags) for the fuselage sections of the existing airplane programs Boeing 737, 747, and 777.
Re-designing the major fuselage components such as Mid Exit Door, Floor panels.
Revision of drawings of fuselage components.
Involved in red line creation and co-ordinating with the onsite team in case of any queries.
As a part of PRR Package for Boeing 737 -700, 800 and 900 designed supports and intercostals for the new interior stowage bin as a PRR package for Boeing 737 – 700, 800 and 900.
Components design includes brackets, L-angle, intercostal, Clevis
Co-ordination and agreement of interfaces with frames, systems, supports and adjacent fuselage sections.
Creation of Detail Parts and Assemblies of Structures and Supporting Structures for stowage bin.

Line Replacement Units (LRUs): Distribution box, Antenna, Display units, Control units and many units which are related to avionics and electrical system.
Parts affected due to the introduction of R73 missile.
Parts affected due to the introduction of Levcon in naval aircraft.
Various components of wing assembly include Spars, Wing outer skins, Jack Ribs, Carriage Ribs, Nose skin ribs in elevon region, stiffeners, Bottom Panel Assemblies.
Responsible for the Quality Checks to the project.
