- Migrate BW 5.8 code to BW 5.13 or 6.3.
- Understand the code base and research on all aspect of SOA
- Find out dependency between services, gateways and adapters.
- CLE version upgrade.
- Create reusable component like BW template, Projlibs and CLE framework.
- Plan the deployments for SIT and UAT and ultimately for production.
- Reviewing and delivering artifacts.
- Coordinate with users and application leads for testing and acceptance.
- Track the project status.
- Handle off Shore Team
