UX / UI design as part of the scrum team ´Service & Security´ for the ING mobile banking app, all work was delivered with an eye on ´easy access´.
I designed screens and flows for the KYC project, the app onboarding process and the postbox. Optimizing the postbox UX after a gap analyze of the web and mobile view and exploring perspectives, like a one-touch-tax declaration. Prototyping and preparing user tests with the ING usability lab.

Through the app, collaborative behavior should be rewarded with badges and a visual harmonization of the interface in the dimensions of performance and appreciations.
