I’ve been administrating Avaya Communication Manager version 5,6,7. Along with ACM I’ve been sup-porting associated Avaya Call Center solutions like Application Server, Contact Recording, Call Man-agement and Dialing systems.
I've worked with Cisco Unified Communications Manager from version 4 through version 11. Besides CUCM, I have good experience in Cisco Instant Message and Presence, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Contact Center Express, CUBE. Also, I've worked a lot with Cisco voice gateways (ISR 29XX through 43XX series, VG 200 series). Additionally, I have experience with non-Cisco products, Asterisk, Audio-Codes and so on.
During my work life, I've practiced in designing, implementing and maintaining voice systems. Also, I have good experience in troubleshooting IP-telephony and Voice services.
Furthermore, I have strong knowledge in Cisco networking and have a valid CCNP certification.
