▪ Develop commercialization concepts and POS for current innovation projects and business models focusing on price positioning, marketing mix, production planning and funding;
▪ Create scenarios for product and service launches for different target markets and business domains (B2B, B2B2C, B2C);
▪ Support projects in the transfer phase (leaving the innovation funnel) and prepare for commercialization;
▪ Plan and moderate ideation workshops as well as evaluate results and apply user centric design methods, design thinking, agile development and SCRUM;
▪ Prepare detailed proposals for top management as a basis for decision making.

of simply Iced Tea; 3 flavors of 100% natural, organic certified iced tea;
▪ Establishment of sales network, customer promotion, planning & execution of marketing campaigns;
▪ Establish a big network within the start up scene especially in the segment of food & beverages;
▪ Gain important strategic partners as delivery and sales companies and e.g. Paulaner Brauerei in Munich.
