Scope of project:
As a Business Analyst, Prepared data flows for different scenarios under T2S, GAP analysis & captured the requirements (TO BE documentation) for harmonization of services to clients in the wake of T2S changes.

My contribution, my achievements and results:
a) Performed GAP analysis in terms of MT565 processing/567 responses (status codes, narration etc.) between two different applications in order to provide a uniform service to the clients (revamping of client servicing in the wake of T2S implementation).

b) Coordination with onshore BA’s in preparation of requirements - TO BE documentation.
c) Prepared flow diagrams for different scenarios & gained sufficient knowledge in T2S implementation.

As a Business Analyst to capture the requirements from Business, Preparation of FSD, ensure smooth release cycles, Functional testing & representation as Single point of contact to take requirements.

My contribution, my achievements and results:

a) Bridging the gap in domain knowledge between the clients and the technical team and Coordinating with stake holders to translate the business requirements into actual project plan.
b) Gathered requirements from Business owners (SR. Management) and preparation of FSD.
c) Fixed production issues single-handedly and worked closely with development team for any technical/bug fixes.
d) Assisted the technical teams with Release management & provided Sign-off for any releases (UAT).
e) SPOC: Single point of contact for business owners (across locations).
f) Prepared suitable test scenarios, worked with the testing team to prepare the testing plan, scope and other relevant documents and reviewed the test cases prepared.
g) Gained sufficient expertise in the Middle office functions such as Trade Matching & Settlements (Message types included MT300, MT304, MT54X series). As part of project transition, travelled to Sydney, Australia in June 2012.
h) Performed ad hoc client presentations & conducted an extensive study on product upgrade thereby highlighting the potential benefits for business users to Senior Management.
