Managing core Financial activities for the Greater China region
Project Management for the implementation of standardized dashboards reflecting the region’s overall financial and operational performance
Activities:
▫ Managing the region’s and country’s core financial activities (Financial Reporting, Forecasting and Strategic Planning)
▫ Giving regular performance updates to the Management Board
▫ Preparation of Business Cases and financial analysis e.g. IFRS16 impacts
▫ Developing roll-out plans for the implementation of standardized dashboards across the region
▫ Creating, aligning and tracking agreed milestones and core responsibilities across multiple functions
▫ Facilitating workshops
▫ Hosting steering committee meetings
▫ Conducting onboarding sessions and class-room training
▫ Presenting and discussing project results in various committees
