i was a member of scrum team within the project; as a Scrum Master and Business analyst. We used to run 2-weeks sprints, use the methodology of Scrum. It was used TFS (team foundation serves) as a tool to follow
the PBI's. Out of this, i was also a member of the 'Agile Studio' team.
The purpose of this team was to help on the company's agile digital transformation by coaching the entire organization.
I was a bridge between the product owner and the development team. I used to receive requirements from PO, analyze and translate to developers. Communicationg with 17 different customers, clarifying them about our project, taking their feedbacks, leading and coaching the scrum team in its Scrum adoption were also my part.
As a ‘Scrum Master’ and the candidate for the ‘Agile Coach’;
Ensuring that the implementation of the Scrum rules and the compliance with the Scrum process are realized in the project teams.
Moderating meetings (eg: Sprint planning & review & retrospective & refinement).
Ensuring the communication flow in the Scrum Team and the Product Owner.
As a member of ‘Agile Studio Team’; guiding teams and the whole organisation on how to become Agile, to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
Coaching development teams in self-organization and cross-functionality and removing impediments to the development teams’ progress.
Having an eye on the timeliness of the projects in the process (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Chart, ...), reporting the status and tracking the work results according to team capacity and speed for sprint planning.
Establishing of a culture of MVP, continuous improvement, DoD and ‘Inspect & Adapt’ mindset.
Conducting trainings and workshops on AGILE & SCRUM for the entire organization.

Business and technical analysis activities on Mass and Mobile Internet Campaigns (churn, loyalty, acquisition campaigns) by fostering Agile principles and method, running Kanban.
Following up the definition, integration, user experience testing over provisioning, billing, charging and CRM or mediation platforms.
Working closely with the service definition integration team after each campaign analysis.
Monitoring the whole process of the campaigns from marketing teams to the end customer.
Coordinating some strategic Quality Programs within Business Operations unit with successful results - Airbag Program by using Six Sigma Kai-Zen Technics - Lean Demand Management Program- Roket Program, finding and gathering new development requirements by using Kai-zen Technics.
Performing routine process audits of campaign/service/tariff products within the whole Business Operations unit.
