• Did firmware development on ARM based processors for establishing a network with multiple BLE devices and routing data traffic of commands and responses from wireless modules. Different low profile, battery operated PCBs have also been designed and tested.
• Did PCB design for different projects which includes design of power supplies, amplifiers and audio electronics. It also includes bring-up of electronics, low profile SMD soldering and Bluetooth qualification tests.

• Worked with different companies named Kongsberg Automotive AB, Cobham Gaisler AB and Unique Pyrotechnic AB. In house work includes design of analog and digital electronics for current measurements on ignition coils, integration for RMS value of current and control using operational amplifiers. Developed a converter module for power line communication on a customized RS485 interface from a referenced design. Did calibration and testing in production of the units.
• Did PCB design for seat heaters with LIN interface for JLR. Did documentation at different stages of design/development like FMEA, HWDD and test specifications. Testing of electronics according to automotive standards and environments.

Development of an automation solution for Sterling Engine which includes three phase inverters and firmware development on DSPIC processor by Microchip. Motor control inverter for PMSM motor have been designed with capability of 5.5 K watt of power (565V and 10A). Isolated off-the-shelf DC to DC (330V to 12V) has also been selected and used.
System was also including the battery management system and a grid inverter. Also did project management.

• Developed a solution for prevention of cyber hacking from specification to end system design on FPGA.
• Designed several state machines for controlling and modifying the traffic of a storage device attached on SATA-III interface according to the specification of SATA and requirements of the concept. Implemented behavior as a pseudo SATA Host and Device between SATA Host controller and SATA Device controller. Designed test cases for simulations and tested the implementation using chipscope on off-the-shelf FPGA boards.
• Did management by scheduling of the project and implemented the solution on an off-the-shelf hardware consisting of an FPGA board and computer system. Did demonstrations of the setup to different expected customers/investors and described system level usage and importance.
• Responsibilities also include the schematics for the system consisting of high speed interfaces, switch mode power supply, EMC design and connections to a computer motherboard.

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung• Validated a mixed signal ASIC of sigma delta modulator. Developed low noise and low distortion electronic circuits, data acquisition setup and FFT based performance analysis using MATLAB and LabVIEW. SNR of input signal, allowed jitter of the sampling clock, requirements of noise on the power supplies, signal integrity and EMC are investigated and implemented. Digital interface (Customized SPI) of the modulator chip is being programmed with MSP430 for configuring different modes.

• A micro coded state machine is designed in Verilog-HDL for configuring DMA of SATA controller. Drivers for interfaces of FPGA with ADC, DAC, SRAM and µ-Controller are designed in Verilog-HDL.
• Designed an 8-Layer PCB for a Digital Signal Recorder. It also includes programming for driver routines of SATA controller, an embedded file system of hard drive and a textual user interface with LCD and keypad.
