I was on-site as a Commercial Manager | Quantity Surveyor on ten Multinational construction projects including four arbitration procedures while working for European Contracting Company, and I have managed complex high value disputes on major construction projects through ICC, and ICSID arbitrations with a highly respected law firms, quantum and delay experts.

I have previous experience in providing oral evidence testimony as Quantum Factual Witness, and assisted several Experts involved in mega international construction complex, cross-border disputes on Quantum, Delay, and Contractual matters.

I have supervised the seismic financial, cost controls and productivity analysis on Abu Dhabi Financial Center (ADFC) AED 5.4 Billion project following 2008 Financial Crisis with the main contractor company.

My expected MSc. degree in Quantity Surveyor from University collage of Estate Management, Aberdeen, UK is designed to provide a cutting-edge background in Engineering.

I am BSc. in general accounts (Financial, Cost, Audit and government accounts in additional to other commercial science) graduate of Assuit State University, and during my four years there as a Commercial science student, I was frequently on the List for academic achievement.

I am a hard worker, a quick learner, and an enthusiastic problem solver with experience in conflict avoidance and dispute resolution in construction.
I speak, read, and write English and Arabic fluently. Additionally, I am familiar with the culture because I lived and worked in Dubai for Five years and UK, and Europe for Seven years.
