I am responsible for helping the division formulate its Digital Transformation Programme. Over the past year and half, I have managed the entire phase from Supplier Selection to Strategy Development to Business Case approval. With an internal team of 7 and a selected Consultancy we adopted a ‘Design Thinking’ approach to author our 5 year strategic digital transformation vision for the division. The strategy and vision envisions a journey to transition to using digital channels to access the market and simultaneously managing the change in skill for our resources.
During this process, I utilized my extensive experience and networks with technology suppliers to help us bridge the technology acumen within our organization. I managed the challenges and the expectations of better anticipating and forecasting the levels of change the footprint of this strategy will have on the organization and the levels of adoption (internal and external) that we need in order to make this strategy a success.

My primary professional experiences lie in managing and advising a diverse set of technology and Business projects in the digital age on three continents over the past 19 years. My career has grown in tandem with the latest cycle of boom and bust of the technology services revolution of the past two decades. From creating an online Customer Loyalty / Service website for Case New Holland / Fiat back when dynamic web pages were in still in their infancy in 1998, to engineering B2B solutions using my expertise in BizTalk Server to help Feltex Carpets (New Zealand) manage their logistics and inventory through electronic channels in 2002, to managing the online experience of the 2011 UK Census programme (the largest technology undertaking of the UK Government at the time and the first online Census in the UK), I have experienced and learned the opportunities and challenges that are inherent in technology and its adoption.Eingesetzte Qualifikationen
