Within Blue Heart Project, I was part of a Rollout project for Middle East, South Africa, Turkey and Russia to support the following responsibilities:

 worked as Business Analyst for PIL (Philips Integrated Landscape) program in the area of O2F2C (Order 2 Fulfillment 2 Cash) for SAP SD domain.
 Participated in workshops for scoping and Design phase within SD stream to finalize Business processes.
 Translating User Specification Requirements (UFR) into Functional Specification Requirements (FSR) to align with the current business process requirements within Order Management.
 Prepare and provide Solution design document to carryout build of required configurations and developments.
 Prepared and provided Solution design on a new business processes of Subscription models for Try and Buy with monthly rentals as subscription fees, Buy model with instalments and multiple Replenishment models with prepayments, instalments and payment at supplies.
 Work closely with the other stream members and business community to understand translation requirements
 Designing customer enhancement/projects to meet the client-specific business practices
 Work closely with the business community to clarify and finalize Customer facing documents (CFDs) like various output requirements keeping in view of country specific legal and fiscal requirements.
 Provide guidance to development team in performing configuration management, build automation and continuous integration.
 Ensures that solution across platforms is in line with the design and development guidelines.
 Assist in the development of test scripts, review of Test Scripts to be used for UAT, manage test record defects and resolve issues.
 Creation of test data and resolution of data problems in the test environments as and when required
 Provides feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes.
 Provide Post go-live hyper-care support.

Managed several Order to Cash related Enhancement changes within GSK comprising a functional and technical team members (12 team members) with the following responsibilities:

 Business case reviews, STP’s (Situation, Target and Proposed solutions), STP change governance approvals followed by change requests and finally implementing the solution with full life cycle development (design, development, testing, implementation and production support).
 Assessment of Order to Cash configuration requirements and formalization into system specification documentation according to business process requirements.
 Completion of configuration changes in line with Order to Cash business process specifications.
 Managed and supported the development team in any development activities related to the functional area.
 Managed and worked closely with the team members to clarify and finalize requirements of outputs.
 Worked closely with the other stream members and the business to understand translation requirements
 Review the Business Case Review documents (BCR).
 Review the Business Process Solution Design documents (BPSD).
 Identify non-standard SAP requirements, get the functional specifications prepared and reviewed. Review the FRICE and Roles SR documents.
 Review the Local Configuration Baseline documents (LCB) and configure the system with the identified objects
 Assist and Review of Test Scripts to be used for UAT, manage test record defects and resolve issues.
 Creation of test data and resolution of data problems in the test environments as and when required.

As a dedicated SAP SD/O2C/EDI Lead Functional Consultant, managed the following responsibilities:

 All SD/O2C related configurations for specific new sites like, defining and Assigning Order to Cash related Organization Elements, Configuration of various Business specific Sales Document Types viz. Sales Orders, Third Party Sales Orders, Direct Shipments, Consignments, Intercompany Sales, Stock Transport Orders, Return Orders and substitutions, Sales Contracts, Configuration of Customer Master, Material Master, Conditions Masters.
 Defining & assigning of scenario specific Item Categories & Schedule Line Categories.
 Sound Knowledge of Copying Controls for Sales Documents, Delivery & Billing.
 Pricing Procedure Determination, Revenue Account Determination, Credit Management, Availability Check, Material Determination, Output Determination, Free Goods, Material Listing / Exclusion, BOM, Item Proposal, Determination of Shipping Point and Route Determination (LE)
 Identifying FRICE and writing Functional Requirements Specifications
 MM related configuration like shipping point / route determination, customer / sales area extension, pricing / intercompany pricing etc.
 Implemented Logistics execution (LE) process like Delivery Processing (inbound and outbound processes), Picking, Packing and Transportation involving 3PL (third-party logistics) interfaces EDI/IDOC including Shipment processes.
 Migration of Open Sales order, Pricing, customer extensions, CMIR, material listing, batch search strategy, material master, PIR, source list, vendor master, Open Purchase orders, etc., uploads through LSMW.
 Worked on functional documents for various STP / RICEF objects like Invoice split in copy control, Trading partner invoice creation, user-exit changes in sales order and invoices to update tax fields, invoice output changes related to Legal/Fiscal, pricing enhancements etc.
 Strong experience in Cross Application components of ALE / IDocs (EDI), covering end to end integration between SAP ECC, SAP PI/PO, Middleware/B2B and other third-party interfaces (3PL) including the end customer.
 Worked on most of the SD and MM (Order to Cash and Procure to Pay) relevant EDI Inbound and Outbound interfaces like: EDI Inbound Orders, Outbound Order Confirmations, Invoices, Invoice Lists, Customer Master Data, Pricing master, Material master etc.,
 Have experience in supporting the mapping of Interface specific fields between relevant EDI IDocs segments in ECC to integrate with PI/PO system and Middleware/B2B systems using standard EDIFACT as required.
 Have experience in setting up/create EDI related objects like, Logical Systems, Partner Profiles with the required Inbound and Outbound configuration parameters for all SD relevant Interfaces, setting up of Distribution Model with required filter groups as per the business requirements.
 Managed and worked closely with SAP PI/PO, Middleware/B2B, third party service providers, logistics providers and customers in maintaining and implementing EDI enabled interfaces including full life cycle development (design, development, testing, implementation and production support of interfaces with trading partners).
 Trained end users and documented processes.
 Good understanding and knowledge of ABAP and can manage debugging.
 Preparing the plan for knowledge transfer, conducting and reviewing the same for transitioning to support team and user community.
