- Support all SAP L1 problems in Clients Systems - SAP ECC and SAP ME
- Assist in clarifying the details around new development of requirements and specifications.
- Engage other resources when needed with the permission of the PM to ensure that incidents/issues are appropriately resolved.
- Record incidents and issues in tracking tool, and follows through to resolution.
- Ensures appropriate time-tracking standards are followed for all reported incidents and service tasks.
- Leading and taking part in important meetings for the current status of the After Go-live SAP Support phase
- Single point of contact for all user and key user for all open SAP topics – new requirement, changes and all type of after Go-live incidents.
- Detecting, analyzing, gathering all needed details and triaging the incoming incident to the correct SAP Work Stream Lead for faster resolution
- Creating reports for the daily, weekly and monthly status of all incoming, resolved and on hold incidents and service tasks for the SAP Support team
