• Setting up the research and development section of a Haptics design company in Germany.
• Designing and implementing the vibration and dynamics test setup for measuring the electrical and vibration signals of electric transducers.
• Establishing the work-flow process of the products from the research level to the simulation, design and manufacturing level.
• Conducting various simulations of the nonlinear electro-magnetic system of electric transducers using Comsol finite element.
• Creating the mathematical models and developing an in-house software package for analysis and also visual simulation of linear/nonlinear dynamics of electric transducers, both in time domain and frequency domain.
• Automating the modelling and simulation process in Comsol multi-physics using Java API.
• Consulting with design and ideas for future haptic products.
• Developing a software for conducting rain-flow fatigue analysis for a random input to the electric transducer that calculates the fatigue life of the vibrating membrane.
• Designing various membranes with different properties that are successfully patented.
