Development oriented to modularization into Hybrid Platform context, towards Digital Banking Hub (complete modularization). Definition and optimization for product replacements, product requirements from whole group, priority definitions, business cases, new development ideas, products performance, estimations, product budget management and control. Decoupling solutions, legacy and monolith into Microservices, Kubernetes. Optimize team performance, creation of the sprint candidate and team communication optimization. Teams and people coordination. Product management and direct contact with Project Management. Swiss and international roadmap definition. Lean-Agile delivery framework and organization based on Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®).
