I have 29 years of experience in HR in the area of Talent Management, what includes talent identification, talent deployment and talent development. I am also an executive coach.

In coaching I use the GROW model, in Talent Acquisition I use a personality assessment based on the Five Factor model to better get to know the candidate and for Development I use the Transformation Leadership model together also with Agile and Growth Mindset concepts.

I work with executive coaching and talent management (recruiting, identification, deployment and development).
